Guitar Chords -E Major Linear Chord Scale
When guitar chords are played in ascending & descending order (alphabetically) and in a key (diatonically), we call this a chord scale. We are playing chords, as we would play a scale.

They are the tones you will simultaneously fret. They alternate black, white, black, etc. for visual help.
Lower case Roman Numerals & the little circle
- Lower case Roman Numerals, alone, mean minor chords
- Per usual, a little m means minor (m)
- The little circle (degree) sign means diminished - diminished is also called minor-flat-5
